5 Years of Re:volution in Employee Benefits

Q2 Re:benefit Statistics

Re:benefit, Bulgaria’s first innovative platform for flexible employee benefits, has just celebrated its 5th anniversary and with it, growing recognition across several international markets. At the same time, our newest product, Re:club, is quickly gaining awareness among both employers and employees. Our data confirms just how needed and appreciated both solutions are by today’s workforce.

Spring 2025 with Re:benefit: Health, Sports & Leisure in Focus

In our latest quarterly report on the most frequently chosen benefits by employees in Bulgaria, several familiar categories continue to top the list for April–June 2025. The most selected benefits this spring were once again those in Health, Insurance, Sports, and Transport, categories that naturally reflect seasonal shifts such as increased travel, vacations, and more time spent outdoors.

Charity Among the Top 10 Most Chosen Benefits

One of the more uplifting insights from the quarter is the continued employee habit of donating part of their benefits budget to charity. Nearly 2,000 donations were made through the Re:benefit platform in just three months, a trend we are proud to see growing and one that we will continue to encourage.

International Recognition for Re:benefit

In Q2 2025, Re:benefit also earned notable recognition in the UK, having been featured in both The Telegraph and The Business Globe. The publications praised the platform’s innovative model and its measurable impact on employee motivation by offering personalised, flexible rewards tailored to individual needs.

Re:club – Now Even More Accessible to Users

In the past quarter, Re:benefit introduced several upgrades to its exclusive discount platform, Re:club. Users can now browse an even broader selection of special offers from both physical retail locations and online stores all provided by Re:benefit’s trusted vendor partners.

In mid-June, the company also launched an updated mobile experience, with Re:club as the central focus. The redesign makes it easier than ever for users to discover, access, and enjoy retail discounts across categories like shopping, wellness, food, travel, and services.

And the most exciting news is still ahead: very soon, Re:club will become available to individual users, regardless of their employer. That means more people will have access to meaningful savings in their everyday purchases no matter where they work.

Five years after the launch of Re:benefit, we are more confident than ever in our mission and the impact it creates for employees and for the companies that know how to stand out,” says Petya Dinolova, CEO of Re:benefit. “That is reflected in how people actively choose their benefits every month, in the growing international recognition for Re:benefit, and in the increasing interest from users and business partners in every market we serve.”
