HR Breakfast – Work-Life Integration Event

Last Friday, we had the honor of organizing the “HR Breakfast – Work-Life Integration” event, where business leaders and HR specialists gathered to discuss the difference between work-life balance and integration. Our expert panel—Diana Kostova (HR & Lead of Learning, Development, and Motivation @ Kaufland Bulgaria), Monica Simeonova (HR Business Partner, EMEA @Dynamo Software Bulgaria), and Hristo Karakostov (Manager Office Services @ Colliers Bulgaria)—led an insightful discussion moderated by Maria Stoeva (CEO & Head of Consulting @ SISTEMMA), offering practical strategies for navigating the complexities of work-life integration.

At Re:benefit we are deeply grateful to everyone who made this event a success—our panelists, partners, and, most importantly, all those who dedicated their time to join the conversation. Your engagement helped transform this event into a platform for meaningful dialogue on the important topic of work-life integration.

Inspiring Discussions on Work-Life Integration

With a relaxed home office formal dress code, the event had a welcoming atmosphere, featuring coffee, croissants, and an open exchange of ideas. Attendees shared their personal experiences and challenges, while our panelists offered their insights into how organizations can foster a more flexible and balanced work environment.

We discussed a variety of topics during the session, including how to balance office and remote work and how crucial it is to develop healthy work habits. The panelists emphasized the importance of incorporating “productivity breaks” as a means of preserving wellbeing and avoiding burnout, a habit that can enhance personal and professional success.

Prizes from Our Partners

Thanks to our partners, Relaxify and Networking Premium, we were able to offer several exciting prizes. The company-wide prize, provided by Relaxify, included an anonymous employee survey on work-life balance, detailed analysis of the results, and participation in the Work-Life Balance Awards. Networking Premium generously contributed the team prize, a weekend retreat for four in Bansko, and the individual prize, a weekly pass for coworking spaces at Networking Premium locations—providing our winners with opportunities to experience alternative work environments.

We are proud to have facilitated this conversation and look forward to continuing the dialogue on creating supportive work environments that promote both productivity and personal well-being. We are excited for what is next, so stay tuned for more events where we will keep exploring the future of work.

Thank you once again to everyone who joined us and contributed to this event’s success. We look forward to seeing you at our next gathering!
