More than 6.5 million BGN Invested by Users in Corporate Benefits through Re:benefit for Q2 2024

At the end of the second quarter of 2024, we are sharing data on the usage of flexible benefits through Re:benefit in Bulgaria and highlighting the trends in employee preferences.

Health, Sports, and Food Vouchers Remain the Top Choice

From April to June 2024, Re:benefit users continued to choose the categories “Food Vouchers,” “Sports,” and “Health.” The platform also enables employers to offer less popular flexible benefits. As a result, there is a significant interest in categories like “Charity,” “Culture and Entertainment,” and “Online Stores.”

Regarding the amount spent on different benefit categories, we observe some changes. Insurance products attract the largest budget from users, while the smallest amount is allocated to charitable causes.

Flexible Choice for Each Employee

Once again, the choices made by employees using Re:benefit prove why the platform is the most innovative solution for providing workplace perks. While some team members will rely on more common benefit categories, others will tailor their choices based on their age, current needs, and personal plans. This results in a varied range of employee preferences, shaped by factors such as gender, age, and even their monthly budget constraints

Personalized Rewards:  A Growing Trend and Necessity

As Re:benefit expands into several international markets, a growing trend is observed among employees who increasingly seek and depend on flexible choices and exclusive perks by their employers. Earlier this year Rebenefit launched Re:club, a program for employee discounts and special offers from vendors, accessible to any company seeking an innovative approach to rewarding their talent.

We are happy to witness that the Re:benefit model works well not only in the Bulgarian market but is also applicable to any market, with local providers of products and services. Our vision is for Re:benefit to become the must-have for employers. Regarding trends in the use of benefits, we are keenly observing how employee preferences change in all the countries where we have introduced our innovative solution,” shares Georgi Georgiev, CEO of Re:benefit.
