Terms and Conditions of the “Save and Win” Game with DIANA Tyre Centres and Re:benefit – winter 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern the procedure and conditions for participation in the “Save and Win” promotional game (the “Game”), organised by ReBeneFit OOD, UIC 206162139, with registered office and address of management: Sofia, 109 Bulgaria Blvd., floor 10, contact e-mail: info@rebenefit.bg (the “Organiser”), with the assistance of Diana EOOD, UIC 811187662, with registered office and address of management: Blagoevgrad, 15 Georgi Izmirliev Sq., floor 1, office 5, and address for commercial correspondence: Sofia, 268 Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd. (“DIANA”), which provides the prizes and assists with the verification of the purchases and the awarding of the prizes.

These Terms and Conditions are available throughout the entire Game Period at www.rebenefit.bg.

I. Territorial scope

The campaign is held in all DIANA Tyre Centres on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as in DIANA’s online shop at www.diana-ltd.com.

II. Description of the Game. Conditions for participation.

2.1. In the period from 15.10.2026 to 30.11.2026 inclusive (the “Game Period”), every completed and fully paid purchase of tyres and/or tyre-fitting service made during the Game Period with a valid Re:benefit Promo Code and with a final value of at least EUR 5 incl. VAT after deduction of the applicable discounts entitles the customer to one entry in the draw. One fiscal receipt or one invoice constitutes one entry, regardless of the number of goods and services purchased. A participant may take part several times where he/she makes more than one separate purchase meeting these conditions.

2.2. Participation in the Game is voluntary and is not linked to the payment of any separate fee, stake or other additional amount. The price of the goods and services is not increased on account of participation in the Game. In return for the price paid, the participant receives the respective goods and/or service regardless of his/her participation in the Game.

2.3. The customer may declare that he/she does not wish to take part in the Game, without this depriving him/her of the discount granted through the Re:benefit Promo Code.

2.4. Any legally capable natural person aged 18 or over (“Customers”) who holds a Re:benefit Promo Code (jointly referred to as the “Re:benefit Promo Code”) and has their tyres changed or purchases new tyres at DIANA Tyre Centres during the Game Period may take part in the Game. Each separate purchase with a Re:benefit Promo Code at DIANA Tyre Centres made by one participant gives the right to a separate entry in the draw under item 2.6. Registration is carried out automatically in the information system of DIANA upon application of the valid Promo Code at the cash desk and its recording on the fiscal receipt or the invoice.

2.5. Employees of the Organiser and of DIANA, persons directly engaged under a civil or other contract in the organisation and conduct of the Game, as well as their spouses or the persons with whom they cohabit, their relatives in the direct line and their siblings, are not entitled to take part in the Game. All other adult, legally capable natural persons who hold a valid Re:benefit Promo Code and meet these conditions may participate.

2.6. The winning Participants in the Game will be determined by a draw on 03.12.2026, and the winners will be contacted by e-mail by the Organiser, ReBeneFit OOD.

III. Prizes, deadlines for the draw and for receipt of the prizes

3.1. The draw is held on 03.12.2026 by way of an electronic random selection among all validly registered entries. A protocol is drawn up for the conduct of the draw, signed by at least two representatives of the Organiser and/or DIANA.

3.2. The draw determines four winners and at least four reserve participants, ranked in the order in which they are drawn.

3.3. One participant may win only one prize. If the same participant is drawn again, the respective draw is repeated.

3.4. The following prizes, determined by draw, will be awarded in the Re:benefit and DIANA Game: 4 vouchers for the purchase of Kumho car tyres and/or services, each with a value of: EUR 100 incl. VAT.

3.5. Each voucher has a nominal value of EUR 100 incl. VAT and may be used for the purchase of Kumho brand car tyres and/or for services provided at DIANA Tyre Centres.

The voucher is valid until 31.05.2027 and may be used on a single occasion, up to the exhaustion of its value. Where the value of the selected goods and services exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference is paid by the voucher holder. Any unused value is not paid out in cash.

The voucher may not be exchanged for money, sold or transferred to a third party. Its use is subject to the availability of the respective tyres and to the possibilities for advance booking of a service.

3.6. The Organiser notifies the winner at the e-mail address and/or telephone number provided by him/her within three business days of the draw. Notification sent to the details provided is deemed to have been duly effected.

Within 10 calendar days of the notification being sent, the winner must confirm that he/she accepts the prize and provide the details necessary for verification of the entry and for delivery – a copy, photograph or number of the fiscal receipt/invoice, and presents the original only upon request.

The prize is dispatched at the expense of the Organiser within 10 calendar days of receipt of all necessary details from the winner.

3.7. The prizes are received in person by the Customer drawn for the respective prize. 

3.8. The winner forfeits his/her right to the prize where he/she:

a) does not respond within the stated period;
b) expressly refuses the prize;
c) does not meet the conditions for participation;
d) does not provide the necessary details or evidence;
e) has provided details that are untrue or that do not allow the prize to be delivered.

In such cases the prize is awarded to the first reserve participant in order. The same deadlines and rules apply to him/her. The procedure continues successively until the prize is awarded or until the reserve participants are exhausted.

IV. Personal data

4.1. The controller of the personal data processed for the registration of the entries and the conduct of the draw is ReBeneFit OOD. Diana EOOD processes the data necessary for the verification of the purchases, the awarding of the prizes and the fulfilment of its tax and accounting obligations, as a separate controller.

4.2. The data are processed for the administration of participation, verification of the conditions, conduct and documentation of the draw, notification of the winners, delivery of the prizes and compliance with statutory obligations. The legal grounds are the performance of the legal relationship arising upon participation in the Game and compliance with the statutory obligations of the respective controller.

4.3. The data may be disclosed to couriers, providers of information services, accountants and competent state authorities only to the extent necessary. The data of participants who have not won are erased or anonymised within 30 days after the final completion of the Game and the awarding of the prizes. The data of the winners are retained for the applicable statutory tax and accounting periods. 

4.4. Participants have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection in accordance with applicable law, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection. Requests may be submitted to: info@rebenefit.bg and dianа@diana-ltd.com. 

The data collected for the Game are not used for sending marketing messages without a separate applicable legal basis.

V. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

5.1. In the event of a change in the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria, or where the Organiser and DIANA receive an order from a competent state authority, as a result of which the conditions of the Game have to be amended or the Game has to be suspended during its period of validity, the Organiser and DIANA have the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, including to terminate the Game.

5.2. Amendments and supplements to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the early termination of the Game, are published on the website of the Organiser ReBeneFit OOD – www.rebenefit.bg and enter into force for all Participants on the day of their publication.

       5.3. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions apply prospectively and may not withdraw rights already acquired by participants, save where this is required by law or by a binding order of a competent authority.
