“Save and Win” promotional game (15.10.2026 – 30.11.2026 incl.)
This notice describes how your personal data are processed in connection with your participation in the Game. The processing related to the purchase itself, including in the case of an online order, is governed by DIANA’s privacy policy. The rules on participation, the draw and the prizes are set out in the Terms and Conditions of the Game, available at www.rebenefit.bg.
1. Who processes your data
The two companies act as separate controllers, each for its own purposes:
- Diana EOOD, UIC 811187662, Blagoevgrad, 15 Georgi Izmirliev Sq., floor 1, office 5, dianа@diana-ltd.com – collection of the data upon registration of the purchase, verification of compliance with the conditions for participation and fulfilment of tax and accounting obligations.
- ReBeneFit OOD, UIC 206162139, Sofia, 109 Bulgaria Blvd., floor 10, info@rebenefit.bg – conduct of the draw, notification of the winners and dispatch of the prizes.
The data are provided by you to DIANA upon registration of the purchase with a valid Re:benefit Promo Code – online on DIANA’s website or on site at a DIANA tyre centre. DIANA transfers them to ReBeneFit OOD for the conduct of the draw and the dispatch of the prizes – this is also the source from which ReBeneFit OOD obtains your data.

3. To whom the data may be disclosed
Only to the extent necessary – to courier companies, providers of information services, accountants and competent state authorities where this is required by law. The data are not transferred outside the European Union and the European Economic Area.
4. What we do not do with your data
The data collected for the Game are not used for sending marketing messages without a separate applicable legal basis. No automated decision-making with legal effects for you takes place – the selection of winners is a random electronic selection in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object where the statutory preconditions are met. The exercise of these rights may be limited where the processing or storage of the data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation.
